As a graphic designer with over a decade of experience, he brings a sharp eye for detail and a deep love for board culture into everything we create. Since launching nopressure back in 2015, he’s been on a mission to build a brand that stays true to the core of snowboarding – no trends, no BS. Just quality boards and gear, made for real riders. From shapes to graphics, every detail carries his signature blend of creativity, function, and passion for the ride.
Matias Mehech
Matías Mehech – Designer, ( Graphic & SnowPark ) , Snowgroomer, Shaper, Snowboarder and Skateboarder Matías has been part of nopressure since day one — a true mountain soul, always riding, always creating. As a designer, shaper, and long-time collaborator, he’s played a key role in shaping the identity of the brand, both on and off the snow. From early collabs with Vuelo to now becoming a partner in nopressure, Matías lives and breathes the mountain lifestyle. His design work blends technical knowledge with raw creativity, bringing boards to life that not only ride hard but look damn good doing it. His latest creation? The Cryptic Blääst — a board that reflects everything he stands for: progression, power, and style.
Jesper hedström
Jesper is nopressure’s secret weapon. He handles all the behind-the-scenes and corporate madness that keeps the brand running smoothly – from logistics to numbers to keeping the rest of us in check. He’s the go-to guy for anything that needs to get done, no matter how messy or complex. Based in Europe, Jesper also represents nopressure across the pond, spreading the stoke and keeping the crew connected to the Euro scene. Every brand needs a hero behind the curtains — Jesper is ours.
Jonas Tollgreen
Jonas isn’t just a rider — he’s pure magic on a snowboard. Known as The Wizard, his style and flow on the mountain are straight-up legendary. From Sweden with love, Jonas was one of our very first riders and has been part of the nopressure story since day one. Over the years, he’s gone from team rider to full-on partner in the brand, bringing his vision, energy, and deep connection to the snowboard scene into everything we do. Whether he's riding deep powder or helping shape the future of nopressure, Jonas keeps the magic alive — always.
Felipe Klenner
Felipe is nopressure’s southern soul. Straight outta Rukapillan, he brings the perfect mix of style, flow, and dedication—both on and off the board. When he’s not dropping lines in the southern Andes, he’s behind the decks as a DJ, setting the vibe wherever he goes. Felipe isn’t just a rider — he’s nopressure’s face in the south. Always repping the brand, building community, and keeping the stoke alive in every session. With deep roots in the local scene and a love for the culture, Felipe makes sure nopressure rides strong all the way down south. Every crew needs a vibe setter.
Luciano Sanchez
Luciano is nopressure’s international bloodline. Argentinian heart, Andean soul — he’s been with us since the early days, pushing style and progression wherever he rides. As a coach for the Chilean Snowboard Federation, he’s shaping the next generation while still dropping hammers himself. From comps in South America to sessions in Europe and USA, Luciano has repped nopressure around the globe. He’s more than a rider — he’s family. Jose Acuña
Jose is nopressure’s rising force from Pucón. he shows up every session giving it everything he’s got. No half sends, no fear—just full commitment and a natural talent for going headfirst into the air with style. Jose isn’t just the youngest — he’s the promise. A future rider in the making, backed by grit, passion, and that raw southern energy that can’t be taught. Every jump, every slam, every moment is part of the grind.
